Ac1600 C6250 connection issues

Modem started acting up after an outage 3 days ago. Comcast says there are no outages on their end. I removed a splitter and i didnt disconnect all night. Thats lasted one day. Im starting to get a little frustrated since it started happening 3 days after my return period ended. Please see attached screenshots and let me know if there is anything i can do.

      I see T3 timeouts in your logs which typically is a Issue with the connection with the ISP you may need to have a tech come out and check things in your neighborhood.

        They insist its not on thier end so ive been hesitant to schedule a tech visit. Seems like i dont have much of a choice at this point. A week later and its much better but thats not saying much since im still disconnecting a few times a day.
