AC1600 Model C6250 Modem/Router "Can't Find Router" message
Hello, I recently purchased the AC1600 C6250 Modem/Router to replace an older model and had issues with the initial set up. I have basic tech knowledge and can navigate following the Quick Start instructions however I was unable to get the device connected. I have Spectrum internet service and they sent a technician to help me get the wifi set up. I have been able to connect my laptop, iPad, iPhone, Xerox Wifi printer, and Honeywell Wifi Thermostat successfully but I am not able to connect 2 of my SONY SmartTVs. I've gone into the set-up instructions on both TVs and entered the SSID and password correctly, but they are not connecting. When I open the Nighthawk app, I get the "can't find router" message. Just wondering why the router is not being "recognized" and if that's why these 2 TVs are not connecting. Your feedback is appreciated.

IF your using the NH app with Apple devices, FYI:
You'll need to contact Sony for help and support information regarding there TVs.
