AC1600 WiFi Cable Modem Router
Using this modem on Xfinity. Told by Xfinity that power was low. Paying for 1G. Do occassionally have problems as it disconnects from Internet. We typically run about 6-8 devices at a times. All devices show low internet connections at any given time, even if only 2 devices are on. Not very tech savvy, please give answers as if I were a 3 y/o. Thanks.

1. C6250 is only rated to 680mbps not 1 gig.
2. How large of an area are you trying to cover?
3. you say comcast tells you the power is low. Did they explain? What are your connection strengths? You can take a screen snip (if on windows type screen snip in your windows search) of the modem connections page. Get both upload and download connections
4. when you say all your devices show low internet connections, define this. What does low connection mean to you?
5. if you go to speedtest.net on a hardwired device, what speeds do you get? What do you get over a wireless connection?
