AC1750 Amber Light Firmware failure

Hello community,

 

I have had this router for upwards of a year now and recently went to do the firmware update to V1.0.1.26_10.0.35. As I was logged into routerlogin.net, the bar was loading and disconnected randomly and the router held an soild amber light. I let the router rest for ~10 minutes thinking it was doing its thing. when i arrived back my computer/ router I noticed the amber light has stayed soild and no connection was being made, even tried pinging 192.168.1.1 and no success. So i restarted the modem and waited patiently. Yet agian though an solid amber light appeared. Is there any way to fix this ? I have tried to create a connection via ethernet to no success even mac spoofing, any ideas?
