when you first log into the C6300 through the browser. Click on the cable connection icon. That'll take you to the cable connection page.

It is. You'r downstreams boarderline. its still within range and doesn't have any errors.
Opposite is true of your upsteam. You're power levels are way to high and can be whats causing the issue. Plus you only have 1 locked upstream channel. With that high of a power level and only 1 locked channel, any slight issue will cause drops.
If you don't have any amplifiers, signal attenuators, or splitters in line and the modem is connected right where to coax enters the home, I'd have the ISP check the line.
