AC1750 C6300 receiving data but not outputting wifi

This is model C6300. No wifi signal. All the little lights are lit up green except for the one that looks like a lightning bolt pointed upwards (which I assume represents wifi output), which is lit up orange. The cable internet provider says everything looks good from their end. I have tried powering off and restarting the unit 3 times.

    Can you get into the modem's web interface to check the wifi settings?

     

    Have you tried turning the wifi on and off by pressing the switch on the front?

     

    Also try a factory reset of the device.
