do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the event logs?
that'll help us check the line.
Remove any splitters, signal attenuators, or signal amplifiers from the line.
Check for any kinks, damage, wear, old/bad/cheap connections and replace them if there are.
Preferably move the modem to right where the coax comes into the home to prevent the wiring in the home being the issue.
