Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status page.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.

The power is a bit too low.
Also have some Correctables but not bad.I would have the ISP check the signal on the line. Review the link posted regarding power levels.
Check the Coax line for fittings and ensure they are snug and no kinks. Remove any coax line splitters.
You ISP needs to look into this.
Post the Events Log page as well.

Thanks for getting back so quickly. Is low power a reason for the internet led to be dark? I’ve spoken to Optimum (ISP) and they are terrible and only recommend me using their routers. Which I despise because of fees but also because they are often outdated.

Yes and you have a bunch of criticals as well. Something the ISP needs to help resolve.
