ac1750 connectivity isues with ipad
my ac1750 nighthawk cable modem and wireless router shows connected to my ipad. when going to a web page it either times out, or is really slow. it is connected to my windows basd desktop via ethernet and works fine.

What C series modem do you have? C####?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?c6300v2 is the model #. it is on basic start up as i am a layman with no idea how to access firmware or alter other settings. it has always been plug and play with the ipad on my other netgear systems and connects fine to hotel, hospital and friends systems.
You'll need a wired PC or laptop and web browser to access the modems web pages and configuration.
