Is Spectrum really doing this to turn people onto their Home Wifi paid service? Please post a resolution if any of you guys figure it out. - AaeolienAug 07, 2017StarCall spectrum and have them verify that"WiFi opt out code" are not attached to your account it your device. You may need to ask for a supervisor and then a level 3 support tech. These codes should not be attached to customer owned devices. They are for spectrum owned devices for folks who opt out of their garbage fee for having WiFi or whatever they are calling it these days.
