ac1750 not recognized by genie.....

I can connect one xbox one by ether net cable I have another I have yet to try but my issue is I can not connect to my pc. I've tried resetting and now it says the router isn't recognized I'm fed up with it running Windows 10 on an hour all in one

      Are you saying Genie is not working on your windows 10 machine to control the modem? also what is the model of your router ac1750 is the wireless speed.
