AC1750 WIFI CABLE MODEM ROUTER DROPPING WIFI CONNECTION CONSTANTLY

I have no idea what channels Im using. Where would I see this and make these changes? Im not sure where to login to gain access to the modem. Yes my computer can see 3 wifi networks from my neighbors, all very weak signals.

If you have the C6300, try factory resetting it. push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on.

then you can try changing the wireless channels if its still dropping.

How do I install it if I'm unable to sign into the router with the websites? I found a YouTube video to show how to factory reset but the website it says to go to "routerlogin.net" doesn't load anything. Will I be able to access this website once I reset? Do I need to call my ISP when/after I do this?
