Fury, I can't post it because the router login page isn't available. I've tried all of the troubleshooting for that and none have worked.

Try this, remove the ISP coax cable line conneted to the modem. Wire connect one wired PC to the back of the modem.
Press the reset button for 10 seconds then release. GIve a couple of minutes, then try to access the modems web page at 192.168.100.1.Let us know if you can get into the modems web page here or not.
