Ac1750/R6400 not connecting to internet

Modem is connecting to the internet without any issues however the router cannot. I talked with netgear support and they said I needed to manually add the MAC address, Subnet mask and possibly a couple other things (cannot remember off the top of my head.) Was hoping someone here could show me the steps to manually configuring this connection to get my router back up and running!

PS: Home environment, Windows 10 and let me know if there is any other information you may need.

  • I spoofed the MAC address to that of the computer and all of the sudden it started working...Guess we will see if it lasts.
