AC1900 - C7000v2 5ghz connection is unstable and/or slow

Use a wired connection? Always a lot faster than wifi.

Check the quality and the setup of your wifi receivers, the clients. The source may be the best in the world but if the clients won't play ball you are stuffed.

Manuals are always a good place to start. Visit the support pages:

Support | NETGEAR

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.

Check the section in the manual Specify Basic WiFi Settings.

You may have done that already. I can't tell from your message.

I mention it because Netgear gave up on supplying paper manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.

You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware.
