Is this AC1900 and R7000? If so, mine has that feature?

I'm on V1.0.9.18 firmware. Maybe older firmware doesn't have that feature?
Looking at the manual for the C7000, no guarantee of accuracy, this does not have an option to set the SMTP port.
Good point about the firmware. This may be something they added.
