AC1900 adapter not able to connect
I use a WPA2 username and login to access the internet and it won’t even give me the option to log into my network. Is there any way around this?

You didn't give us much to go off.
You have the A7000 adapter?
Installed in what?
Using windows 10/11? Linux? Mac?
What router is it connecting to?
Is it showing up in your device manager?
Did you install its driver?
There's a support site with access to manuals, firmware, install guides, etc.
Go to https://www.netgear.com/support/
Type in your model number and from there it'll take you to the above.
Its a great resource to start with.- KlafAspirantSorry, this is my first time using an item like this.
Using windows 10 on my Lenovo laptop.
Trying to connect it to my WPA2 enterprise (work internet).
At first I downloaded genie but it’s worthless, so I installed the standalone driver but still can’t get it to prompt me for my username and password.- plemansGuru - Experienced User
I'm a bit confused.
Is the wifi card seeing the network?
The card doesn't manage the password/access through your work. That'd be the computer UI.
