ac1900 C7000 v2 Setup options with another modem/router

Question

I am wondering how to use&nbsp; an&nbsp; AC1900 C700v2&nbsp; as an addon router with my home network setup.&nbsp; &nbsp;Verizon Fios comes into the house and goes to a&nbsp; G3100 router via an ethernet cable.&nbsp; I am interested in&nbsp; creating a separate&nbsp; network using the&nbsp; AC1900 or using the AC1900 to&nbsp; extend the current network.&nbsp; &nbsp; How would I go about each of these?&nbsp; &nbsp;I also have coax in the house.&nbsp; &nbsp;is it possible to use the AC1900 to connect devices&nbsp; utilizing&nbsp; &nbsp;moca adaptors?&nbsp;Thank youC7000v2 – Nighthawk AC1900 WiFi Cable Modem Router&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

The C7000 is a cable modem/router. It doesn't have a standalone router function.&nbsp;
You can try and get it running as a form of AP but not sure if it'll work with that device.&nbsp;
