AC1900 C7000v2 self reset to factory default
I had to unplug the unit to re route the cable and after hooking it back up, I was unable to connect with my password. I realized it had gone back to factory default settings. When I initially bought it and connected I was having an issue with the wifi 2.4 connecting well with my doorbell camera. Netgear support went in and did some tweaking and got me up and running. Well since this factory reset, I cannot get my doorbell to connect at all. My speeds are good but my wifi is apparently to slow and I get a message that internet is not available. I'm tech illiterate and have no idea how to fix this. I have no idea what tech support did to get a better connection. My coverage ran out in October and I can't afford their help at this point. I live in a bad part of town and this camera is necessary for my security so I don’t answer the door to strangers. Can someone help?
