AC1900 C7000v2

Comcast went out today and told me it was an issue in the area. Now my modem keeps telling me I have to change the admin password to sign on and when I do it says error..blocked. wtf is going on?

    It takes me to "Netgear Genie' and asks for for me to reset the password..why?

    Possible ISP triggered a reset to ensure the modem was working well on there network.

    Factory reset and setup from scratch. Be sure write down all important information for safe keeping.
