AC1900 Model: C7000v2 Is it possible to shut down the 5GHz side of the router.
My Arlo security cameras need to initialize on the 2.4Ghz band. Is there a way to shut down the 5GHz band to keep it from interfering? Once I'm connected to the 2.4GHz band, I can switch to the 5GH...

The basic answer to your question is yes.
With a web browser, go to this support page and download the user manual.

In the user manual starting on page 74, there are instructions to disable the 5 GHz radio.
Once the 5 GHz radio is disabled, the only Wi-Fi broadcast will be from the 2.4 GHz radio.
If you are using a mobile application, make certain your mobile device is also connected to the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi band and not through cell data service.
