AC1900 Modem Router C7000 Unknown Wired Device Showing under Attached Devices

Dies connect all wired devices accept for 1 wired PC to see if the extra phantom device appears after you reboot the modem. 

Try a factory reset and setuo from scratch as well with with 1 wired PC connected only and see.
