I just bought 2 new Android phones - one LG and Samsung Note 10+

When I go to connect to my wifi, (although the password works on 4 other currently running devices) I get, "Password Failure" on each phone.  Do I need an update/grade or do I have to buy a new Router?

Be sure your using a simple password and not a password with special characters. Try disabling security on the modem temporarily. See if the devices will connect to the modem. If they do, the re-enabled WPA2 and AES only. Set a simpler password. No special characters. Besure to "forget" the network on each device. I would switch OFF the wifi radio on each device for 10 seconds then back on. Then attempt to connect again to the SSID.
