AC2300 and CM1000

AC2300 WIFI Router is not a model # or brand name.
What brand and model # router do you have connected to the modem?
Disconnect the wifi router and connect up 1 wired PC to the modem and see if problems are seen.
Thanks for the reply. You are correct. The WIFI Router Model is R7000P. The Modem is CM1000.
You said drops still happen when directly connected to the cm1000?
Do you have a screensnip of the cable connections page and the event logs? That helps a lot more than 1 line.
