AC3200 C7800. I can not log in. Apparently I have forgotten my password. The system disagrees with my Security Answers, which I know are right. is there a reset button on the device? Or other solution? A call to netgear support in asia wanted to shake me down for $100 because he got an error "16" indicating (to him) I had some malware/virus. Really?!?!

Yes, should be a reset button in back that you can press for 10 seconds then release.
Walk thru the setup wizard with a wired PC and web browser. his time write down all important information for safe keeping later on.
