admin and pass

I can not retrieve my admin and password. I would like to email netgear if possible. Is there a contact email?

    Are you talking about the login info to access the settings of your router?

        The easiest way to fix this is hold the reset button on the back of the modem for 10 seconds this will default it back to admin/password for the login but you will also lose all your settings and will have to set your wifi and other settings back up.
