All LED’s off except the Ethernet LED which is amber on my CM100 Modem

I have the same issue.  Nothing is plugged into the CM1000 except for power.

    What brand and model is the external wifi router connected to the modem?

    Factory reset the modem by pressing the reset button for 10 seconds then release? 

     

    Have you pulled the power adapter for the modem for 30 seconds then back in with the ISP coax line and external router cable disconnected? 

    Try a different power supply with same voltage and Amp specs?

      I'm not connected to anything.  It does not seem to initialize correctly based on the LED sequence.  I am using the AC poser adapter provided with the unit.
