Amber Upstream light

Any suggestions? I’ve tried to power it off multiple times. I’ve also done the reset. Still stays Amber. My wifi was working fine until about 5 pm. Very frustrated at this point. Any hell would be much appreciated.
Thank you

The "amber upstream" light just means only 1 upstream channel is locked.

you'd want to check your coax line. if you have any splitters, attenuators, or amplifiers remove them. Also check for any extended runs, kinks in the line, damage, loose connections, corrosion, bad/cheap connectors.

Preferably, move the modem to right where the coax enters the home to prevent wiring within the walls from being the issue.

You might need to get your isp to check your lines.

You can also click on the cable connections page and post that back here with yoru logs. That helps us check your lines.
