Any idea what’s wrong? CM1200, downstream blinking,all others off.

We were out of power for 2 days, it just came back on. I had my modem plugged into a battery backup the whole time but it eventually died too. Now that the power came back my CM1200 has power, the downstream light is blinking. Occasionally the downstream, upstream, internet lights all blink then goes back to only down stream and rest go off. I’ve turned it off and back on after waiting, tried resetting, unplugged coax. Nothings changing it.
