Any on have cm1200 working on Cox Gigablast ?

I purchased a CM1200 to use on Cox Gigablast the most I can get out of it is 370mb directly connected using speedtest.

Anyone have better luck if so what did you do?

I'm about ready to return this modem.

Have you ever gotten gigabit speeds out of your connection? If so, what was connected?

Do you have a screen snip of your connections page? include upload and download connections?

Is your pc capable of maxing out gigabit?

What website are you using for testing? Not all of them can max out gigabit.

If you have any splitter, attenuators, amplifiers, 90 degree elbows, kinked coax, cheap coax connections, corrosion, then remove these from your line and re-test.

Have you checked with your ISP? Usually their default answer is "its not us, its your modem". Sometimes it can take a rep or two to tell you why its your modem or to actually check your connection.

      See Attached:

Is your pc capable of maxing out gigabit? Yes - Gigabit Ethernet laptop connected directly to the Modem line 1 no routers etc.

What website are you using for testing? www.speedtest.net

If you have any splitter, attenuators, amplifiers, 90 degree elbows, kinked coax, cheap coax connections, corrosion, then remove these from your line and re-test. None - I installed a brand new Coax line from the modem to the external Cox connection.

Have you checked with your ISP? Yes - I have a tech coming out tomorrow to look at the external lines.

You're screen snip needs the upload and ofdm channels as well.

Just from what I can see, I don't think they partitioned it right or have it seutp right as you only have 20 channels locked on your download. Many ISP's require most to all of the channels and ofdm locked to reach gigabit speeds. Also the power levels you're getting are a bit hot (high).

I'd try contacting them and having them reparition the modem or seeing if your location even has the setup for gigabit capabilities.
