So, NETGEAR informed me that they will not replace the router because I bought it from a third party, mainly Ebay.
Luckily, I was able to return that router and I bought another CAX 80.
I will attempt to get my new router going and will test the upload issue on the 5.0 GHz frequency.
Where did you get this CAX80 from?
