Sorry - was rushed in the initial post as dinner was being served.
Just a bit more info on the setup (unchanged for three years except the power outage):
CM1000 -> eero gateway -> Linksys unmanaged switch 8-ports -> 8 Cat-5 cables runining to 8 devices, one of which is the gateway.
We bypassed the switch and plugged the gateway directly into the eero gateway:
CM1000 -> eero gateway -> gateway
and the result was the same. Just the green powerllight, no other actuvity.
At their (ADT's) insistance, I called both my ISP and eero tech support, both of which said there was no port blocking and no firmware upgrades dating back to before the gateway stopped working.
