ASUS RT3100 not connecting to Cable Modem C3700

Either bridge the C series modem or keep the C series modem in router and and set the asus router for AP mode.
Thanks FURRYe38 I was able to connect to the C3700 (router Mode) and ASUS (AP mode) but my original plan was to take adv of the ASUS as the router.. what I did
- Disabled the C3700 router mode
- Enabled the ASUS as router
but the ASUS does not connect to the model - solid red light after reboot.. I have attached my settings doc; I must be missing something in the modem settings..
