Your power levels are out of spec and you have a ton of errors.
Remove any splitters, amplifiers, or signal attenuators from your line.
Check your line for cheap cables, extended runs, bad/old/cheap/corroded ends and replace them.
Preferrably move the CAX to right where the coax comes into the home and direct connect there.
If that doesn't help, the ISp will need to check the line

Ok but last thing i want to add if it means anything, that Acquire Downstream Channel number was different before the factory reset.

the frequencies used can change. That's sometimes where we run into issues because there will be line issues but when a user opens the "cable connections page" it might be on a good chuck of bandwidth and not look bad. But you open the logs and you see issues. You've got them on the cable connections page already.

ok so the guy came and the person who set my internet up previously(contracter, not employee) screwed up and BENT the coaxial cable coming to my house and it was the reason. HOWEVER he stilll sees issues w/ noise and another guy is coming out. hopefully they don't need to tear up the ground to fix it. And i am seeing dips still as well.
However i just wanted to ask one more question since it seems to be fixed most of all.
In ping plotter i have seen like 50% packetloss but to the MODEM itself. does that mean the modem could be defective? It isn't like this all the time but still the modem is a 5 feet away from me.
right now i opened the modem page and it hit like 7% and it keeps going up. 12% right now. is this a glitch or what?
