Automatic switching from 2.4 to 5.0
Why does my connection on this cable modem wireless router keep dropping. I either connects to Guest or drops on 2.4g or 5.0g. Is there a software or firmware updte to solve this issue.

I think this is my Model Number at least that is what is on the backside. How do you know what version it is exactly? I know it is a AC1900 Model: C7000 - but there are no other indications on the back of the router. Thanks

Have you tried to adjust your wireless channels in the routers wireless settings.
