Awful wifi range

When i bought this model almost 2 months ago everything was working perfectly fine. The wifi range covered my entire house no problem and speeds were fast. Something happened a couple days ago where now i cannot even detect wifi 15 feet away from my unit. Internet through ethernet cable is perfect, just wifi range is next to zero.

I speed tested wired and over wifi and its up to par. Both the 2.4 and 5 bands are being affected. I'm really at a loss, ive factory reset the router, chatted with netgear for about 2 hours, changed settings. I feel like its something stupid, like a button one of my kids hit when i wasnt looking or something.

Edit: a buddy of mine thinks it could be a bad power supply, i dont know enough about modem/routers but i have a new supply on the way just to see.
