AX2700 Slow Speed
I have an AX2700 (cax30) modem and router combination. I am connected via cable to xFinity with a 800MBS speed/plan. According to my Nighthawk app my internet speed is 600MBS. My computer/phone is...

Plemans - thank you for the response. After I sent the post in I called Xfinity to see what they are seeing and ensure I am provisioned correctly. Interesting, I actually have 1.2GB speeds from Xfinity but now - 150MBS is all I am seeing on my devices. Today, I tried to reset everything back to factory settings, and just reset it all up again. No change in speeds. I also turned off smart connect and no difference. it looks all my devices are now on 5GHZ accept the router (should that be the case). Xfinity is now coming to my house this week to see what they can find.
TY again for the help.

Do you have a screensnip of the cable connections page and the event logs?
Those help us check the line as well and give you info to xfinity when they come or helps to prevent an issue interior to the home.

Thank you again for the help.
Here is some data - is this what you were looking for.
It is not letting me attach screenshots. I may have to do 1 at a time

You did do the logs but not the event logs. In the same browser page on the left but down a little.

Your router logs appear to show you have Access Control turned on. That can have a significant negative impact on your throughput capacity.
As a test you could turn it off and check to see if it makes a difference.
Comparison of a 1.2 Mbps provision to throughput tests run over a Wi-Fi connection is never going to look good!
