AX8 Nighthawk AX6000 cable modem router intermittent service with Xfinity
Slow and intermittent service with Xfinity so purchased a new modem they recommended AX6000 and i am still having problems but they keep sending me to Netgear to check settings. It is dropping me from teams and zoom calls. I can't get through to Netgear. Any self help ideas?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?

Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?Is SIP ALG enabled or disabled? Under Advanced tab/Setup/WAN Setup on the modems web page.
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Smart Parental Controls or Circle, Traffic Meter.Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:
