Bad Wifi Range/Speed (Model C6300)

1. 2.4GHz will never give you good speeds unless you stay in a country side barn by yourself with no inteference.
2. Using extenders will NOT increase the speeds but the range. Extenders by default cut the bandwith in half (unless you have one of those tri-band extenders)
3. what wifi clients do you have? do you have a 3x3 or 4x4 11ac client? older 2x2 or 3x3 11n clients provide low speeds. typically, latest iphones get 200-250+ easily. something like MBP 3x3 11ac will get higher speeds as well.
4. Ring would require very low bandwidth for video/voice. is Ring getting enough WIFI signal?
typically for large space, you would want to go with mesh kit. they have large backhaul capacity.
