Bandwidth Sharing
I have a home network with the CM600 as my cable modem with an Apple Aiport Extreme as a router. I have one PC that is hardwired into the LAN port and it consumes most of my network bandwidth when streaming a video. The wireless users suffer tremendously. Is there anyway through the Cable Modem to limit the bandwidth of a specific device going through the Cable Modem?

The CM600 does not have any QoS settings. QoS is usually provided on routers. Unfortunately, the Airport Extreme does not offer QoS.
Are you willing to stream video at a lower quality? You may be able to control that in the application by choosing a lower resolution.
