Blinking upstream led light on c3700
Connected to Internet but upstream led blinking constantly
Have a netgear c3700. It's 3 months old, upstream light was solid until few days ago. Called cox and they said I had a weak signal. The cox cable guy came out changed the connection on the pole. Ran new wire from pole to modem directly with only one connector. Ran test after test, everything came back above normal. But upstream is still flashing. Could modem be the problem?
