Bluetooth headphones interfering with my wi-fi C7000v2

I have a C7000 router and my bluetooth Bose headphones have started to interfere with the wi-fi signal. Has anyone had this issue and does anyone know how I could solve it? I am on a Macbook Pro running Mac OS Catalina, 10.15.7.

    Have you simply tried changing what channel the router broadcasts on?
