Bricked C3000-100NAS during Spectrum Firmware update
Hi,
I received an email a few days ago from Spectrum saying they would perform a firmware update on my C3000-100NAS. The update was supposed to happen at night in the following days.
My modem now refuses to boot up. The power LED is always on red. I have tried to restart the modem as well as tried to use the reset button but it doesn't do anything.
My guess is that my modem is now bricked from a failed attempt to update it by spectrum.
Is there anyway I can manual restore the firmware on my modem?

Have you tried to hold the reset button for 10+ seconds? if its still bricked contact support.

Not sure if you can but did you do factory reset?
We had Spectrum ISP temporary outage of both Internet & TV few days ago and when they supposedly "fixed" the outage our Nighthawk C7000 would not unscramble itself even afer factory reset. It just kept "loopin" on the firmware sent.
