Brother printer connects to AC1750 C6300 WiFi OK but Can’t be found when trying to print
Have been using my Brother MFC-J870DW for years via WiFi to an ATT Uverse Modem/Router. Just switched to Xfinity cable internet via a new AC1750 C6300 cable modem/router. Have all my devices work...
Thanks, but I just solved the problem. I just found a Network Reset in settings on the printer that I had previously overlooked, so it apparently needed to forget the previous WiFi settings. The new router has different SSID and password, and the printer looked like it connected OK, but the router didn’t see it. Maybe the subnet was different, I dunno. Anyway, thanks again for the reply.
Did you re-add the printer to the iPad. I would remove any prior printer configurations first, then re-add it.
Be sure your wireless devices are all connected to the C series modems wifi.
Did you configure the same SSID name and PW as used previously on last modem router?
