c 6300 stopped connecting

My c6300 stopped connecting to my router and my laptop. All the lights are green, Comcast checked my line which is good into the modem but they said no signal is coming out the back side Ethernet. I tried to plug in a laptop directly into the model but it asks for a serial number but it is blank on the tag where it should be. I have looked all over the modem and found nothing.

Any ideas?

    the C6300 is a modem/router combo device. Maybe something was reset. 

    What are all the led's on it doing? 

    Have you tried a factory reset and reinstall?
