C-7000-100NAS Brother All in One visible on 5Ghz OR 2.4
Note: My model number doesn't include a "P".
Setup: My Brother MFC-9560CDW all-in-one printer is hardwired (printer -> switch -> Nighthawk)
What Works: When printing, I can reach the printer from my from wired, 2.4, or 5Ghz networks. No problems.
What Doesn't: To use the printer as a scanner, I run Apple's "Image Capture" app on my Macbook Pro (running MacOS Mojave). This app finds the printer on the network and lets you use it as a scanner. Usually, the printer can be found on the 5Ghz network and the app shows:
Devices: 0
Shared: 1
But the device isn't visible, both lines show "0" but the problem can addressed by switching to the "other" wireless network.
The attached shows my Nighthawk, firmware, and the printer is circled. Thanks in advance for any ideas!

I would try contacting the manufacturer of your printer (brother). From the looks of it, the all in one printer/scanner device has seperate drivers for scanner and printer. maybe there's a bug there. Have you updated these drivers? Again, I'd check with the printer company.
