C3000 connection going on and off

Hi guys!

Can anyone help please.

I have this modem for over a year and same internet provider which is comcast.

Since a few days I get internet conection in the morning and then stop working for the rest of the day.

Comcast suggest that I have a bad configuration on my modem/router but since I own the modem they can't help in anyways.

 

So when I have no internet (wifi/eithernet tried both) I get on the modem: power light On , down stream light On , up stream light Blincking, planet/internet I guess light Off and 2.4ghz light On.

 

I called comcast and they tried to send a signal or whatever and reboot the modem but it didn't work still all day and then next day got home in the morning internet was back like previous days .... Don't lnow what's going on 

 

I would really appreciate your help please.

    Hello Jeer 

     

    Can you post your modem logs here might help to see whats going on. You will want to log into your modem by going to http://www.routerlogin.net/ then log in with admin/password click on advanced then click administration then logs.
