C3000 does not show up on my wifi list
Device lights show that it is connected but the name does not appear to select on any devices in the house (both windows and mac)

Welcome to the community!
Kindly check if the WiFi light is turned on as well as the 2.4GHz WiFi LED on the front panel of the router.
If these 2 are turned on, access the admin page of the router and verify if the SSID broadcast is enabled.
See page 54-55 on how you can verify the setting.
