C3000 wifi goes in and out

Question

I've already called my internet provider (TWC or Spectrum) and they have helped me with everything they can. They said to contact Netgear. My wifi keeps going in and out. TWC said to reset it to factory settings, but the interesting thing is I don't have a pin or button to press or reset it. Should I just request a new router as I am under warranty until mid march.

If they are talking about a&nbsp;reboot here is the link to owners manual if you need it page 72 tells how to reboot http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/C3000/C3000_UM_21Aug2014.pdf.I hope that this helps

And page 101 shows where the reset slot is.
