My network map does not pickup any other devices in the house? When it does pick up, I can’t seem to turn on or off the Pause internet. Any advise?

    Different software produces different maps. Which is why I asked where your map comes from.

    So no devices in the network map on both when accessing the router using a Web browser as well as no devices on the network map when accessing using the Genie App?
